On our last raid night, in the last week before Wrath of the Lich King - Whisperwind Eleven has downed Kil'jaeden and officially "beaten the game".

Our recruitment post states that we don't stop raiding just because a new expansion is around the corner - we raid because we love raiding. To see the content and beat it - and this has never been more true than now.

Congratulations everybody on the amazing effort, the weekend raiding and a very clean kill.

We had some time left in the raid window so we thought we'd give Mother Shahraz a try. We only had time for 1 pull though. Turns out it was enough. 1-shotted Mother Shahraz. Thanks to Stopthelag for co-ordinating all the materials for shadow resist gear.

So we weren't even flasking because we thought hey - just a learning attempt right? Then we're thinking hey - this learning attempt is going pretty well - we got him below 50%. Okay this is strange, he's at 30%, this is good. Once people learn to stop dying to Doomfires he'll die. Umm... he's at 10%, did we... just... clear Hyjal?
